Julien ALLANO has learned his craft in the finest restaurants in the Avignon region where he was born. SKI IN MOLINES EN QUEYRAS

 

We spent one week in Molines en Queyras ( 15 kilometers from Italy ). 

It 's a small family ski resort.

There was a lot of snow, a lot of activities but only few people (Italians weren't on vacation)

My teenager realized her dream: "du chien de traîneau" (at least 3 hours)

 "du ski jöring " ( it wasn't the first time )

 sled and snow tasting for my little girl !!

and for all family : ski night !!

But I think that all Traditions bring us some Serenity and Hope for the year that follows.

 And also, It 's a special time for all Christians in the world,
specially Christians of Iraq who are persecuted.
